Step 1

Breathe into the bottle through the nostril. Make sure to squeeze the bottle as you do this. Do it in several rounds and then remove the bottle from the nostril. You can then sniff once or twice in the bottle.

Step 5

You can repeat the process in intervals of 10 seconds per spray if directed. When you are done with one nose, you can as well turn to the other nose and do the same.
